Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, depending on the time of year. As always, if your order is time-sensitive, please email us directly.

New store opening orders are billed at time of shipment via email. Subsequent orders may be billed Net30 at the retailer's request.

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Venmo, or check payment for NET30 accounts.

Late payments will accrue 5% interest per month past due.

Domestic Orders ship UPS Ground, are calculated at time of shipment and will be added to your invoice total. You may elect to provide your own UPS, or FedEx Account Number in lieu of BOTANICA UPS rates. Any orders billed to a third party account (outside of UPS) will be subject to a $10 Handling Fee.

International Order shipping is calculated by weight at time of shipment. Duties, Taxes, and Fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
